We are currently in the founding process of a small company. Our product is a chat-bot (multi-tool) specialised on the swiss educational system. Other than Teacher-AI‘s providing worksheets we are building an innovative plattform using agentic systems and different skills providing pedagogic know how and consulting, structured lesson plans and more. What we are looking for: - A team mate with a strong background in software engineering - implies you need good AI-related coding skills - Guidance in building agentic-AI systems and providing a stable plattform - A long term relationship and match on a personal level - someone who is interested in the field of education and developement (not only for the money but for the experience and the contribution to society) - Someone who voluntarily works with us on the project (we are currently not generating any revenue nor are we paying salaries) What we offer: - an idea with a purpose and the possibility for cross-field-collaboration - The possibility to become shareholder of a gmbh and/or get a share of the profit if we ever become profitable Who we are: - Anina: specialised in special needs education and leadership (currently working as a principal) - provides concepts, ideas, network, sources and know-how - Yannic: specialised in financial engineering and doing quant-stuff - provides basic IT knowledge, built the tool and web app, takes care of the financial aspects Are you interested?
